 You can dial directly from your room for internal and external calls. Please see our phone guide in your room, if any problem please contact reception.

The Hotel does not accept any liability for items of value left in the room. Indivudial safes are for rent at reception.

If you plan to go daily, boat or sightseeing tours and will miss breakfast and dinner and would like to have a lunch Package, please give your order to the reception at least one day earlier till 18:00 o'clock.

The night care of our pool start at 21:00 and the density of our cleaning chemical are high at this time. So for your health, the use of the pool are not permitted after 21:00 o'clock

The reception is at your service 24 hrs a day if any problem do not hessitate to consult the reception.

 Please contact the reception for the exchange of foreign currencies, travellers cheques or Euro cheques.

Hand your post cards with or without stamps they will be delivered to the post office on your behalf. 

Information about daily tours written on the board across the reception. The availability of your agency guide is stated on your agency board. 

For hygienic reasons food and beverages puchased from outside are not allowed in the rooms and minibar.

 Every room has its own unit for airconditioning. It will not oparete if your key is not in energy-saver or the balcony door is open.

 Please do not take room towels to the pool and beach. Your bed-linens and towels will be chanced 2 times a week. If you want to change, earlier please hang the DND card on the outside handle of your rooms door.

 Laundry service is available all week except Mondays. Laundry bags and form are found in the room. Please put your Clothes in the bag and fill the form and inform the reception.

If you found or lost any item during your stay please contact the reception.

On the day of your departure please lieve your room and deposite your key to the reception till 12.00 AM

The c/in time is 2.00 PM, if you come earlier the receptionist will do best for you.
